Once we grasp our client's needs, vision and budget, the design process begins with establishing a conceptual theme, then developing rooms and spaces including features and surface finishes applying colors, materials,
and built in elements. Consideration for lighting effects and layering in furnishings and artwork help to achieve a complete approach. Detailed drawings of the developed design are completed in the form of floor plans, elevations, sections and details, sketches and schedules. During the construction phase we provide coordination, project support and Construction Administration to ensure the design is constructed and installed
in the way intended.
